  I have been working out regularly since 2009. During this time I have tried the big chain gyms where I had to spend a fortune on personal training to feel as if I was more then just a number and where I was judged on what I wore and not the work I did. I have tried the '30 minute circuit training' gyms to which I never broke a sweat and was bored silly .. the same thing day after day. I have tried a smaller gym with lots of 'cool' equipment hoping to get a more personalized experience and the guarantee to never fall into a rut. I have also tried a Cross Fit box to which I loved but simply could not afford.
  
  It has been a long journey .... but I have finally found MY gym ... Synergy Kettlebell Training :)
  
  Here I don't have to spend a fortune to get personal training! Every class is taught by a trained coach who is interested in how I am performing. Every coach here challenges me yet is most encouraging on the days 'I am just not feeling it'. What I wear doesn't matter, what counts is what I do! My time here is I am never bored! The workouts are different everyday and grouped by themes! The intensity is insane yet easily adaptable to any level of physical fitness. Plus is very affordable! I feel as if I have the best of both world ... Affordable coaching in a place where people come to work hard and are dedicated to becoming the new skinny strong. Bob and Lisa truly care for their clients and are committed to nothing but the best for the members. In addition to wonderful classes they regularly offer seminars on nutrition, form and technique for their members. They also sponsor many team events which provides a healthy dose of competition and a large serving of smiles.
  
  Being part of the Synergy family is amazing! It's an all in one experience! Great family friendly atmosphere, awesome workouts with fantastic results - fast! Bob and Lisa are determined to help their clients become the new Skinny Strong through a personal training experience and nutrition consultation.
